What’s new with the NVC

Was just reading up this morning on new developments and reminders on National Visa Center processing. The NVC is the interim agency that we work with when assisting immigrant visa applicants. It serves as an important document-gathering stage which must be fulfilled prior to an intending immigrant attending his/her interview at the U.S. embassy overseas. (more…)

Renewed my AILA membership

Professional Membership

An email popped in my inbox a few weeks ago. Given the craziness of the holiday season, I let it sit there for a few weeks. Once I opened it, I read that it was a reminder for me to renew my American Immigration Lawyers Association membership.
